Garlic Butter Naan with mint raita, to be served with the main couse (V).
Starters:
Spiced Lamb Kebab, served with shredded white and red cabbage, coriander and tomato salsa and mint raita.

Vegetable Samosa, served with red onion ceviche, mango and chili salsa (V).
Mains:
Tandoori marinated chicken with a Masala sauce, served with pilau rice.

Lamb Biryani with crispy fried onions, served with Tarka Daal, coriander chutney and fresh plum tomatoes.
